    Asset License Agreement

    This Asset License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Lightweight FBX Importer ("Asset") provided by Ricardo Reis ("Provider"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Asset, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

    1. Grant of License

    The Provider grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Asset solely within projects developed using Unity software, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Unity Asset Store Terms of Service.

    2. Restrictions on Use and Redistribution

    The Licensee shall not:

    • Redistribute, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Asset, in whole or in part, including but not limited to its code, models, textures, or other components, outside of the Licensee's Unity project(s).

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or structure of the Asset, in whole or in part.

    • Use any portion of the Asset to create or distribute derivative works intended for resale or reuse by third parties outside of the Licensee's own projects.
      Any form of distribution or unauthorized use, whether free or for compensation, including sharing on public repositories, forums, or other platforms, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the Provider.

    3. Ownership

    The Asset and all its components remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.

    4. Compliance with Unity Terms

    This Agreement is subject to and does not supersede the Unity Asset Store Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://unity.com/legal/as-terms. In case of any conflict, the Unity Asset Store Terms of Service shall prevail.

    5. Termination

    Any violation of this Agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution or reverse engineering, will result in the immediate termination of the license. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Asset and destroy all copies in their possession.


    By using the Asset, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
